The new admin dashboard: Making team management even simpler

This dashboard — which lives within the Dropbox for Business admin console — centralizes some of the most common administrative actions, and provides instant insights into the team’s activities. From the dashboard, admins can now:

  • Invite new team members
  • Remind team members to accept pending invites
  • Add new licenses

The dashboard’s usage graphs also make it easier for admins to spot trends or more clearly understand the team’s adoption of Dropbox. They can quickly see:

  • How many shared links and shared folders are created
  • How many active devices the team is using

With these trends and key actions front and center, admins can spend less time managing their Dropbox for Business accounts and more time focusing on their growing businesses.
