Credit cards, you’ve got company. With the help of global payments provider Adyen, European businesses can now pay for Dropbox with direct debit, one of the most popular payment methods in Europe. Starting today, users in 12 European countries — Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain — will see direct debit as a payment option, and we’ll be adding more European payment methods in the next few months. We’re also working with Adyen to expand to more global markets later this year, focusing first on Latin America and Asia. We know that businesses around the world have different needs when it comes to payment methods, and our work with Adyen will help us provide that flexibility.
