As one of the most respected educational institutions in the world, IESE Business School has established a presence across the globe.

Today, we're delighted to announce that IESE has deployed Dropbox Business to its staff, including researchers, academics, admissions, and sales people. IESE cited Dropbox's collaboration tools, broad device support and flexible storage as the decisive factors in the selection.

"We found Dropbox Business to be ideally suited to the school's needs so we purchased 700 seats. As files are accessible anywhere and from any location, the platform enables all staff to collaborate seamlessly," said Sergi Jufresa, CIO of IESE.

As IESE puts technology at the forefront of its future, Dropbox enables the school to cultivate leaders who will have a deep, positive and lasting impact. IESE has physical campuses in five main hubs: Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, New York, and São Paolo, with additional programs across four continents.

"We found Dropbox Business to be ideally suited to the school's needs so we purchased 700 seats. As files are accessible anywhere and from any location, the platform enables all staff to collaborate seamlessly."

Jufresa says that Dropbox ticked all the boxes on the school's checklist: enterprise-standard security, scalability, and ease of use. "During the selection process, we found that 3,000 students already had Dropbox accounts, so we knew that it was the popular choice," Jufresa explained. "Adoption has been extremely high due to the simplicity of Dropbox. Only minimal training is needed, which has helped it avoid becoming shelfware."

Dropbox is enabling seamless collaboration across multiple departments, including the IESE admissions team, which is spread across 15 different offices around the world. Being able to update and co-author documents instantly and transparently has helped admissions keep colleagues up to date on student applications.

"We also use Office 365, so the integration between the two platforms is really helpful to our staff and users across the globe," Jufresa stated. IESE is just one of over 6,000 educational institutions worldwide that we're helping be more productive.
